The PAM (Parking Air manager) was developed to manage the ventilation of middle size grounds garages. Indeed the national standard require large garage to be equipped with ventilators management systems, small and middle size garages deserve to be equipped with affordable similar system. Numbers of apartments have a rate of CO above current standards because of the exhaust gas going trough the technical girdles. The buildings managers can have to assume their responsibility in case of poisoning in an apartment because of repeated garage gas leaks.

The PAM has 4 outputs (dry contacts 10A / 230V):

    • Trig at 50 pmm to manage ventilator at low speed.
    • Trig at 100 pmm to manage ventilator at high speed.
    • Trig if > 100 pmm during more of 20mn to manage ventilator at high speed plus a visual warning.
    • Trig at 200 pmm to manage a parking evacuation signal.
  • Command box is Din Rail mountable
  • Sensor Body is IP 42
  • Connection up to 5 sensors units (if more are needed, see Air park Master)
  • Connection to sensor by data bus up to 1200 m long (4 strands cable)
  • Power : 230V AC
